What consumes credits?

Each 16 Claude manager calls cost 40 credits. Long autonomous requests keep the same session and reserve another tranche automatically. Generations, searches, and AI edits show their additional credit cost. Viewing or downloading an existing result is free.

What happens when a run fails?

Credits are reserved when work is queued. Unused reservations are refunded automatically. Provider work may be charged once submission starts, with unused authorization refunded. Failed agent turns are refunded.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. The Stripe billing portal shows the effective cancellation date and any final adjustments before you confirm.

Who owns the output?

As between you and Vidify, you keep your uploads and outputs to the extent permitted by law. Provider terms and third-party rights still apply.
